根据《高压水射流清洗作业安全规范》的规定要求，高压软管应达到如下指标要求：

1)爆破压力应达到工作压力的2.5倍以上。

2)试验压力需达到工作压力的1.5倍，并保持此压力2分钟以上没有损坏。

3)脉冲压力应在从零到工作压力的范围内，5万次压力脉冲无损坏；工作压力为1000-2800bar的脉冲频率为15次/min，2800bar以上为110次/min。
3) Pulse pressure should be in the range from zero to working pressure, 50,000 times of pressure pulse is not damaged; the pulse frequency of 1000-2800 bar is 15 times per minute, and that of 2800 bar or more is 110 times per minute.
