矿用高压胶管总成及中间接头组件失效原因
高压胶管总成是液压系统中的基础元件,它的可靠性对整个液压系统的稳定性和可靠性有着至关重要的影响。高压胶管常见的失效形式有:高压胶管总成扣压处泄漏或拔脱、胶管爆裂、扣压金属管爆裂、高压胶管鼓包、剥皮等。
High pressure hose assembly is the basic component of hydraulic system, its reliability has a vital impact on the stability and reliability of the entire hydraulic system. The common failure modes of high-pressure hose are: leakage or pull-out of high-pressure hose assembly at buckling point, burst of hose, burst of buckling metal hose, bulging and peeling of high-pressure hose, etc.
(1)由于井下介质清洁度较低,介质裹挟气体较多,一方面极易发生气蚀,气蚀发生时,压力峰值可超过1GPa ;另一方面,高速大流量乳化液裹挟着细小杂质,容易产生拉丝侵蚀。高压胶管内胶层的损坏加速了胶管编制钢丝网的腐蚀,降低了高压胶管的耐压强度。压力波对高压胶管总成及接头组件产生强大的冲击作用,并导致高压胶管总成及接头组件危险断面的断(破)裂。

The damage of glue layer in high pressure hose accelerates the corrosion of steel wire mesh and reduces the compressive strength of high pressure hose. Pressure wave exerts a strong impact on high pressure hose assembly and joint assembly, and results in breakage (breakage) of dangerous section of high pressure hose assembly and joint assembly.
(2)失效管路元件超寿命使用。由于无法检验和准确判断高压胶管和管路元件是否失效或达到使用寿命,现场存在大量超寿命使用的元件 ( 按国外有关规定,高压胶管出厂后2年有效) ,这些高压胶管往往容易在使用过程中失效,导致故障率增加。

(3)液压系统压力源采取三柱塞泵或五柱塞泵,额定压力高、流量大、压力脉动量大,管路各元件容易疲劳损坏。主供液管路长时间工作在脉冲高压状态下,密封圈、U型卡、高压胶管接头等处发生故障几率要远远高于支架内部高压胶管故障的发生频率,因为高压胶管0只在支架动作时才承受高压,作用时间很短,产生故障的机理不同。

(4)乳化液介质私度低、密度大、抗腐蚀性相对差,特别是不同矿区水质酸碱度差别很大,井下乳化液往往达不到规定的油水比例,橡胶长期处于这种介质的浸泡中,必然会变质、硬化、老化。由于生产环境粉尘多、湿度大,振动的管路与环境物体摩擦,使高压胶管表层橡胶磨损,接头组件表面防腐蚀层脱落,促进了损坏进程

(5)设计布局不合理。不正确的布置方式,使高压胶管长期处于额外附加力 ( 拉力、扭转力)的作用,降低了高压胶管总成的使用寿命。
